Denomination is an award-winning drinks design consultancy based in Australia, the UK and the US. We work for a large cross-section of clients from boutique to international icons. Now in our 22nd year, what we offer our clients covers nearly every creative discipline.

Founded by Rowena Curlewis and Margaret Nolan, we are a female-owned and led business with a strong culture of empathy and teamwork, intelligent problem solving and a desire to continuously push boundaries and do things differently. Denomination has helped countless drinks brands launch or transform through highly effective strategy, original brand positioning, story-telling and design. Our work is as varied as our clients: despite being drinks specialists, no two projects are alike. It is the breadth as well as depth of our work that has won us countless awards as well as Drinks Agency of the Year by Harper’s Wine and Spirits in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Last, but by no means least, we are dedicated to creating more sustainable and environmentally responsible packaging. This is close to our heart. In order to futureproof our business, our clients’ businesses and the planet, we have invested heavily in sustainability research and the education of our team. We help our drinks clients navigate the complexity of increasing consumer demand as well as government legislation for sustainable practices and products. We are proud of our Climate Neutral Certification status and are currently the only global drinks design agency to have achieved this.
