She spearheaded Denomination’s sustainability initiatives in the drinks sector. Row’s insight, passion and knowledge means she is a regular contributor to drinks and design press, and has lectured and chaired panels in design, innovation, sustainability and drinks branding.

Hailing originally from the UK, Ellie has spent the past nine years in New York, most recently as founding Vice President New York for JDO. Ellie recently returned to Australia to run the Australian arm of Denomination, as well as key global clients, as Chief Growth Officer. Drinks has been a constant in her 2+ decade career working for Pernod Ricard, Beam Suntory, Mizkan, Carlton United Breweries, Asia Pacific Breweries and Diageo.
Graeme Offord

Raised in a very small town in rural New Zealand, Graeme’s curiosity has taken him to 80 countries and counting. With 16 years’ experience in the industry working in the USA, Asia and now Australia, creating award winning work for clients including Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Treasury Wine Estates, Burdekin Rum, Carlton United Breweries, Accolade Wines, Beam Suntory and LVMH.

With over 15 years in the drinks industry, Anna excels in positioning, storytelling, and design. Working client-side originally in innovation for SABMiller, Anna went on to be the lead strategist for Guinness for over a decade. She has shaped brands like Tanqueray and Don Julio, earning accolades such as D&AD pencils and Pentawards. Anna's global perspective and innovative approach make her a key player in the beverage world.

With 22 years in the design realm, Bronwen boasts collaborations with global titans like Unilever, Pernod Ricard and Campari, as well as E&J Gallo, Treasury Wine Estates, Brockman’s and Britvic. She has been honored with accolades from D&AD, DBA, and Pentawards. Merging strategic thinking with captivating design, Bronwen crafts distinctive brand narratives that leave a lasting impression.

As Managing Director, Meghan oversees all activities across the California and New York offices with a focus on delivering strategic brand and design solutions for Denomination’s US client roster. With over 25 years of experience in brand management she has led initiatives large and small for clients across beer, spirits, RTD, wine and non-alc. for companies including GALLO, Mark Anthony Brands, Trinchero and Far Niente Family of Wines.
Hamish Campbell

Bringing over two decades of award-winning industry expertise, Hamish has been instrumental in shaping iconic brands like Wild Turkey, Famous Grouse, Johnnie Walker, Santa Teresa, Canadian Club and Patron Tequila. His extensive experience spans from full rebrands, packaging, to innovation, creating new category-driving brands, like Seedlip and the Non-Alc explosion, to campaigns for renowned brands such as Baileys and Bacardi in fact, there aren’t many spirits brands that he hasn’t worked on!

Anita has been with Denomination for 14 years and has been instrumental in crafting the comprehensive systems and processes that ensure that projects at Denomination run smoothly and efficiently for our clients. She also heads up our Production team, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

Mariella has spent over 15 years immersed in the design industry, guiding brand narratives and strategies with precision and intent. As Head of Sustainability at Denomination, Mariella brings a sustainability lens to every Denomination project. Her passion is in drinks, having worked on spirits brands such as Tanqueray, Bundaberg, Captain Morgan and Burdekin Rum, and wine giants including E&J Gallo, Distinguished Vineyards, Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard.
